Johnson & Johnson (J&J), a $94B global healthcare conglomerate, sought to integrate OnCallDoc’s NLP-based medical transcription app into its Innovation Group’s R&D labs to enhance data accuracy and streamline workflows. As Head of Product with OnCallDoc, I led the technical integration, aligning OnCallDoc with J&J’s infrastructure and AI-driven research initiatives. I managed product strategy, ensuring seamless adoption, and conducted technical due diligence to address compliance, security, and scalability. My leadership enabled J&J to leverage NLP-driven transcription for improved data-driven decision-making across its global research ecosystem.

National Institutes of Health (NIH)

NIH, a $47.5B federally funded agency, needed an equipment management solution for its blood center to streamline quality control and maintenance tracking. As Head of Implementation for InVita’s HemaComply Equipment Manager, I led the NIH product backlog, roadmap, and technical discovery. I collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements, optimized workflows for compliance, and ensured seamless integration with existing systems. My efforts improved operational efficiency, enhanced regulatory adherence, and provided a scalable solution for NIH’s evolving needs.

IHG Hotels & Resorts

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) partnered with Boundless Digital to streamline Cisco Meraki Enterprise Agreement (EA) management across 100+ countries, 19 brands, and 6K+ hotels. As Product Lead, I led a 10-person distributed engineering team to enhance SmartTrack, automating license tracking, optimizing costs, and improving real-time visibility. By refining workflows and implementing a structured release process, I ensured smoother product delivery, enhanced collaboration, and a seamless solution for managing IHG’s global Meraki deployments.

Allegis Group

Allegis Group, a global talent solutions leader with $13–14 billion in annual revenue, launched LifeVue to provide employers with a holistic view of job seekers beyond traditional credentials. As Product Lead, I drove its development from concept to launch, defining core features, crafting the product roadmap, and balancing stakeholder needs with market demands. I collaborated with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution, optimized user experience, and strategic alignment with Allegis Group’s vision. My leadership enabled LifeVue to deliver an innovative talent assessment platform, enhancing how employers evaluate candidates beyond resumes.

MedStar Health

MedStar Health, a $6B+ healthcare group, developed a mobile app using OCT imaging to improve in-stent restenosis (ISR) treatment. As the founding Product Manager, I defined the product vision, ensuring it aligned with clinical needs and market demands. I led end-to-end development, managing the roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization to optimize usability for cardiologists, trainees, and technologists. I worked closely with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders, translating complex medical workflows into an intuitive, user-friendly experience. Additionally, I oversaw user testing and iteration cycles, refining the app’s performance based on real-world feedback.

CHIME Healthcare

As Head of Program Management for CHIME (via sub-contract), a $35–40M healthcare IT organization, I led a team of 25 engineers and account managers to streamline its diverse technology ecosystem across mobile, web, CMS, and R&D initiatives. Managing a $600K P&L, I optimized workflows, integrated technology stacks, and aligned cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and user engagement. I also spearheaded R&D efforts to advance product offerings. My leadership improved operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and product quality, ensuring CHIME’s technology initiatives aligned with its mission and delivered measurable results.

Bain and Company

Bain & Company, a $4.5B global consulting firm, partnered with a healthcare compliance software provider to explore market advancements. As a subcontractor, I led product and market discovery, identifying product-market fit and growth opportunities. I conducted market analysis, competitor research, and user studies, mapping regulatory changes and prioritizing key features. I also explored monetization strategies, including tiered pricing, add-ons, and partnerships. The project resulted in a detailed report on market opportunities, guiding the client's product roadmap and future development.

Johns Hopkins Medicine

Johns Hopkins Medicine, a global healthcare leader, developed a Learning Management System (LMS) to improve psychiatric staff training across multiple locations. They needed a scalable, user-friendly platform with intuitive navigation, diverse content integration, and performance tracking. As part of the product team, I led QA testing, ensuring functionality, usability, and reliability met Johns Hopkins' high standards. I identified and resolved critical bugs, enhancing user experience and platform performance. Client feedback sessions helped refine the system, aligning it with stakeholder and end-user needs for a seamless training experience.

As a Techstars mentor for the D.C. and Baltimore cohorts, I was selected to mentor three startups, providing guidance in product development, market validation, and scaling operations.
